Lemon Lush

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup flour
• 1 stick butter, melted
• Mix and pat in 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool.
• 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• Mix and spread over crust. Let set.
• 3 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
• 3 cups milk
• chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together and spread over other layers. Let set. Spread remainder of large size Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.


Note: You can make Chocolate Delight by using chocolate instant pudding instead of lemon.
