Ingredients
- 1/2 pkg. Knolls soup mix (veggie or spinach)
- 1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, drained and chopped (optional)

Mix together, chill for 2 hours. Stir before serving, put inside French bread or serve with crackers.
