Don’t use reduced-fat or fat-free cream cheese for this recipe.

Ingredients

• 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces), cut into 1-inch pieces, at room temperature
• 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest from 1 lemon
• 1/4 cup sugar (1 3/4 ounces)
