Pork Green Chili

Ingredients
- 4 pork blade shoulder chops
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 tab. chopped garlic
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 4 tomatillos peeled and roasted
- 4 oz. can diced green chilies
- 1/2 can diced jalapenos
- 4 roma tomatoes, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
Place pork, onions, garlic, salt and broth in a crock pot. Simmer at least 8 hours or overnight. Pull meat from bones. Return to pot.
Place all other ingredients in a blender. Pulse briefly, leaving mixture slightly chunky. Add to crock pot and cook an additional 30 minutes to blend flavors.
Garnish: sour cream, cheddar cheese, Pico de Gallo
