  • Fried Rice

  • 1/2

    small head cauliflower

  • 1/2-1

    small onion chunked (depends on how many carbs you want)

  • 1-2

    stalks of celery sliced

  • 1

    clove minced garlic

  • 2

    scrambled eggs

  • cooked meat (shrimp, chicken, pork, beef) whatevers on hand

  • soy sauce

  • 1-2

    tbls. oyster sauce (secret weapon) optional

  • 1 to 3

    oil to 3 parts olive oil

  • 2

    green onions chopped

  • to

    cauliflower in food processor on pulse till it looks like rice. You don't want to put too much in processor at one time or the "rice" will get mushy.
