Ingredients

  • 1 (16-ounce) package frozen fish filets
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, but into 4 pieces
  • 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Divide fish in to 4 pieces. Place each piece on a large square of foil. Top each piece with 1 bell pepper slice and 1 piece of butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice and onion salt. Wrap the foil around the fish. Grill, covered, over high heat for 16 minutes, or bake, covered at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
