Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tab. lemon juice
- 1 teas. salt
- 1/2 teas. ground black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic,chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 2 tab. fresh oregano leaves, chopped
- 4 swordfish or tuna

Step 1
In a small bowl, combine oil, lemon juice, 1/2 teas. salt, 1/4 teas. pepper, garlic, mint and oregano.
Sprinkle remaining salt and pepper on fish and grill. Spoon sauce over fish.
