Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients

• 15 nutter-butter cookies
• 12 oreos
• 5 T unsweetened applesauce
• 1 8 oz package cream cheese
• 1 c peanut butter
• 3/4 c sugar
• 1 T vanilla
• 1 1/2 c whipped topping, frozen
• chocolate syrup

Preparation

Step 1

1) Crush cookies in a zip-lock bag. Save 1/4 c of the crumbs and mix the remainder with applesauce and press into a 9 inch pie plate.

2) Mix remaining ingredients with an electric mixer and spoon into crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and drizzle with chocolate syrup.

3) Cover with foil and freeze 4 hours.
