Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 2 8oz packages cream cheese, at room temperature
• 3 lbs. icing sugar
• 1 – 2 tsp. almond flavouring
• ½ tsp. vanilla
• 1 small container marshmallow cream
• 1 cup shortening

Mix all together, adding more or less powdered sugar as humidity demands.
