Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 8 oz. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 3 1/2 cups tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat. Drain. Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally 30 – 35 minutes.
