Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups plain reduced fat greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP grated onion
- TBSP grated fresh ginger
- 1 TBSP canola oil
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- garlic cloves, minced
- 4 6 ounce skinless chicken breast halves
- salt
- cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
combine first 8 ingredients in heavy duty zip top bag, add chicken, seal, marinate in fridge 2 hours, turning.
place small roasting pan in oven. preheat broiler, remove chicken from bag, discard marinade. sprinkle evenly with salt place chicken on preheated pan coated with cooking spray, broil for 15 mins or until done, turning half way through
