  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can corn undrained
  • 1 8 oz carton sour cream
  • 1 Box Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt butter. Add everything but cheese. Stir well and bake at 250 for 15 minutes. Add cheese on top and bake 30-40 more minutes.
