Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons hummus (1/2 small pkg. of hummus from Costco is perfect)
- 1 large can Calipo tuna in olive oil, drained
- 1 tbsp. fresh basil chiffonade or minced fresh dill
- 2 tbsp. pitted Kalamata or nicoise olives, finely chopped (4 olives)
- 1/2 celery rib, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped red or green onion
- 1 tbsp. best olive oil
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 4 large whole wheat wraps or 8 small WW whole wheat wraps
- greens of choice, to serve

Preparation
Step 1
* *Flake* tuna in a bowl with a fork, then *stir* in basil, olives, celery, onion, oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until combined.
* *Spread* wrap with White Bean Spread and layer with spinach, arugula or spring mix. Spoon 1/4 of tuna mixture down centre of each tortilla and wrap up.
