Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Step 1
Place ingredients in a 20 oz canister. Seal and shake to combine ingredients. May be stored in the refrigerator for future use.
Yields enough for 1 1/2 to 2 lbs. meat.
