Salmon with Maple Syrup

Serves 2 pounds of fresh Atlantic or other good quality Salmon (Cohoo, Spring/Chinook).

Ingredients
- 2 lbs of Atlantic Salmon
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 4 tbs Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
- Aluminium foil and Pam.

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a zip-lock bag. CUt Salmon into serving pieces with skin on. Massage salmon pieces in marinade until thoroughly coated. Leave in bag with flesh side down in marinade for 1/2 hour or more. Preheat oven to 400 F. Place salmon pieced skin side down in roasting pan (I use aluminium foil as liner sprayed with Pam. Place in oven and bake 20 minutes.
