Ingredients
- 3-4 chuck roast or Boston butt
- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 2 large celery stalks, sliced
- 3 med baking potatoes (peeled or not)
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp thyme
- 8oz tomato sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 c water
- 1/4 cider vinegar
- 1/4 c ketchup
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp beef bouillon granules
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard

Preparation
Step 1
Place vegetables in crock pot. Sprinkle rosemary and thyme over vegetables.
Place roast in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.
Cook on high 5-6 hours or on low for 10-12 hours.
