  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix
  • 1/3 cup creme de menthe
  • 1 box pistachio instant pudding
  • 6 oz chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 4 eggs

Step 1

Mix cake, eggs, pistachio pudding, oil and creme de menthe in large mixing bowl, and blend until moistened. Add sour cream and beat for 7 minutes, scraping bowl frequently. Fold in chocolate chips and pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 350 deg for 45-60 min. or until done
