Ingredients

  • CRUST:
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick margarine or butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup ground nuts
  • FILLING:
  • 1 8oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 9 oz. cool whip
  • 2 3oz. packages pudding mix (lemon or pistachio)
  • 3 cups milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

For crust, mix together flour, margarine and nuts and press into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.

(Layer 1)
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Once crust has cooled completely, spread mixture carefully across top of crust. Put in refrigerator to get firm.

(Layer 2)
Beat together milk and pudding mixes until thick. Spread on top of refrigerated cream cheese layer. Put back into refrigerator until pudding is firm.

Top with remaining cool whip. Refrigerate and serve.
