  • Icing:
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 small can mandarin oranges (do not drain)
  • 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 medium Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Bake cake as directed on cake mix box.

Icing: Mix and spread on cooled cake.

Optional: Place mandarin oranges on top for decoration.
