Step 1
Roll pastry dough to 1/16 inch thickness into an 8 x 14 inch rectangle. Brush dough with water and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar on top. Roll and cut 1 inch thick. On a sugared surface roll the cut slice until it is 1/8 inch thick. Place on trays and bake at 375 until golden.
