Ingredients
- 1 lb. almond paste
- 4 wegg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1 1/4 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- Slivered almonds
- Galzed cherries, halved

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Sift the sugars and flour together.
Break almond paste into small piece and add egg white and mix vigorously until smooth. Add dry mix to combine. Chill dough.
Shape cookies and press on the almonds or the cherry.
Bake 25 minutes or until slightly golden.
