Add to regular flour to enrich it.
For each cup of flour used in the bread, first place in the measuring cup 1 tablespoon of soy flour, 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk powder and 1 teaspoon of wheat germ. Then fill the remainder of the cup with unbleached flour. Restores many of the nutrients lost or destroyed in the milling of flour, and raises the nutritional value of the bread loaf.
