Adobe Pork Chops with Rice, Asparagus, Pineapple, Blackberries and Strawberries

Ingredients
- 1/2 can Chipolito Peppers
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 T. minced onions
- 1/2 c. organic chicken broth
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cumin
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 T. apple cider vinegar
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 Pork Chops, bone in approximately 8 oz. each
- 8 asparagus
- Olive oil spray
- 1 fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint strawberries

Step 1
1..Combine peppers, garlic, onions, chicken broth, pepper, oregano, cumin, allspice, brown sugar, salt, vinegar and lime juice ion a food processor. Mix.
2. Pour marinade into a ziploc bag. Add pork chops. Marinade several hours. Marinade can be made in the morning or the night before. Pork chops can be thawed in the marinade in the refrigerator.
3. Add rice to rice cooker. Cook on quick setting.
Heat grill. Place pork chops on grill. Grill 10 minutes each side on medium.
4. Spray asparagus with olive oil spray. Place on grill for 3 minutes.
5. Chop up fresh pineapple and combine with berries.
6. Serve pork chops, rice, asparagus, and fruit salad.
