Ingredients

  • 1 cup chilled heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup egg white (about 3 large eggs)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped almonds toasted, optional

Preparation

Step 1

Using a mixer, beat honey and cream in a large bowl on low speed until honey is dissolved. Increase speed and beat until; peaks are formed.

Using another beater, beat egg whites an a pinch of salt in medium bowl until foamy.

With mixer running, gradually beat in sugar, then beat until peaks are formed. Fold egg white mixture into cream mixture in 2 additions.

Fold in almonds. Transfer to a container, cover and freeze overnight.
