- 5 chicken breasts - pounded thin or cut in strips
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 stick of butter
- 2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp seasoned pepper
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 4 medium tomatoes - diced
- 3 Tbsp capers
- 1/3 bottle white wine

Step 1
Spray a large sauce pan with butter Pam and heat on medium high. Add chicken, 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp seasoned salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, and 1 tsp Montreal steak seasoning.
Sauté till thoroughly cooked and set aside.
Add butter to pan, melt on low.
Sauté garlic in butter and add 1 tsp garlic salt, 1 tsp seasoned salt, and 1 tsp seasoned pepper.
Add lemon juice. Let simmer for a few minutes.
Next add tomatoes, capers, wine, and chicken.
Simmer for 15 minutes until heated through.
Serve over angel hair pasta.
