- 1 T dry yeast
- 4 T warm water
- 4 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 c milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve yeast in warm water and let sit 5 minutes. Sift flour, salt and sugar into mixing bowl. Add yeast, milk and eggs. Mix with dough hook 5-7 minutes. place dough in oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and place in warm area for 1 hour. Move to floured surface and knead 2 times then roll into 1/2 inch thickness. cut dough into desired shape. fry in oil at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. dust with powdered sugar.
