Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 pkg Devils Food Cake mix
- 1 (5.9 oz) pkg instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 c vegetable oil
- 4 eggs; slightly beaten
- 1/2 c warm water
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 20-30 frozen mini Reese's peanut butter cups
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup cream peanut butter
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 5 tsp milk

Step 1
In a large bowl mix together cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, water and vanilla. Fill cupcakes 1/2 full or three tablespoons worth. Gently push a frozen Reese's down into the bottom of the batter and smooth the surface making sure to cover the candy bar with batter. Bake for 18-22 minutes
Cream butter and peanut butter together. Slowly add in powdered sugar. Add milk to desired consistency. Pipe onto cooled cupcakes. Top with Reese's.
