Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 (8 oz.) jar salsa or Rotel tomatoes

Brown beef and drain well. Melt cheese and add salsa. Combine meat and cheese mixture. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
