  • 6 oz. cubed, cooked lean ham
  • 1/4 C. dry white wine
  • fusilli cooked, drained
  • 4 C. arugula leaves
  • 1/2 C. part-skim ricotta
  • 1 T. grated Parmesan

Step 1

1) in large nonstick skillet, heat oil; add garlic. cook stirring constantly 1-2 minutes, until tender. stir in ham and wine; cook 2-3 minutes, or until most of the liquid evaporates
