Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (4 3/4 oz.) pudding mix
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 6 oz. butterscotch morsels
- 1 cup chopped nuts

Preparation
Step 1
Cook pudding as directed on package and let cool. Cover the pudding while cooling to keep it from thickening. Mix in dry cake mix. Pour into 9 x 13 pan. Drop the morsels evenly over the mixture then top with the nuts. Bake in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Use 12 oz. package of chips for a richer cake.
