Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 4 bone-in pork loin chops
- 2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 - 4 ounce cans sliced mushrooms, drained

Instructions
Coat 12-inch non-stick skillet (with lid) with canola oil and heat over medium heat.
Add pork chops and brown on both sides (about 8 minutes).
In a small bowl, stir together the Cream of Mushroom soup, milk, garlic, onion, black pepper and drained mushrooms.
Pour over browned pork chops.
Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
