Ingredients

  • 1 (17oz) package gnocchi
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground nutmeg
  • 6 oz baby spinach
  • 1 1/2 oz goat cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare gnoochi according to package directions drain. Place in a lightly greased baking dish.

2. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the cream, chicken broth and flour over medium heat. Continue whisking until the sauce is simmering and thickened, about 5 mins. Stir in salt, pepper and nutmeg. Add spinach and toss to coat in the cream. Pour the mixture over the gnocchi and spread the spinach out evenly.

3. Crumble the goat cheese over the spinach. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake until the top is golden, about 10 mins.
