Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 5 green onions, chopped
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar

Step 1
Score steak and place in large, shallow pan. Combine onions, oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey and vinegar. Pour over steak. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 8 hours, turning occasionally. Drain steak, grill over hot coals 5 to 10 minutes each side, basting with marinade. To serve, slice across grain in thin slices.
