1 stick butter
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 milk
3 cups oats
2 cups sugar

Step 1

Melt butter, stir in sugar, cocoa, and milk. Cook on medium high heat until is boils. Leave for 1 minute then remove from heat. Add oats. Stir until mixture is evenly coated. Place spoonfuls of mixture on wax paper and let cool.
