Rachel's Aunt Mary's Potato Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 sticks real butter
• 2 sticks margarine
• 1 c. sugar
• 3½ c. flour
• 6 oz. pkg. of potato chips (crushed really fine) OR
• (2 cups of really finely crushed potato chips)
• 1 c. finely chopped pecans
• 2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

1- first, cream butter and margarine together
2- then, add all other ingredients together
3- using a tsp., drop dough on an ungreased cookie sheet
4- bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
5- leave on cookie sheet for a short time after baking
6- remove and allow cookies to cool on wire cookie rack
Cookies are fragile after being taken out of oven, so be careful!
