VEGETARIAN BROWN GRAVY

I got this off of Vegetarian Times and made it with a veggie "meat loaf" and the gravy was EXCELLENT!!!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 tbsps. butter
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups vegetable broth
- 2 2 2 tbsps. soy sauce
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 packed fresh parsley (optional)

Preparation
Step 1
1. Melt butter in small sauce pan.
2. Whisk butter and flour for about 30 seconds.
3. Add Broth and soy sauce.
4. Stir until you achieve desired thickness.
5. Stir in parsley
6. Serve warm.
