• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3/4 tsp. salt
• 7/8 tsp. pepper
• 1/8 tsp. paprika

combine all ingredients in a 3qt. microwave safe container. cover loosely. cook on high 15-20 minutes or until potatoes and onions are tender. stirring several times. let stand 5 minutes.
