Ingredients

  • 1 pound Owens sausage
  • ½ cup onion
  • ½ cup green pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 2 cups milk
  • 6-8 eggs slightly beaten
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cubed bread or 1½ cups bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Brown and crumble sausage, drain.
Add onion, pepper, salt, mustard, milk, eggs,
bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
