Ingredients
- 1 pound Owens sausage
- ½ cup onion
- ½ cup green pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 6-8 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cubed bread or 1½ cups bread crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Brown and crumble sausage, drain.
Add onion, pepper, salt, mustard, milk, eggs,
bread and cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
