Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 pounds lean ground beef
- salt to taste
- 2 small onions
- 1 green pepper
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 7 Tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 can (15.5 oz) dark red kidney beans, drained, rinsed
- 1 can (15.5oz) cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 2 bottles (12oz) chili sauce
- 1 bottle (12oz) beer or 14.5 oz beef broth(or use both)

Step 1
Heat oil and brown beef 8-10 minutes. Add salt to taste. Add chopped onions, green peppers and garlic. cook 3-5 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and cook 3 minutes. reduce to medium, stir in chili powser, cumin, oregano and cook 5 minutes. Reduce to low and add beans, chili sauce, beer and/or beef broth. Simmer for 30 minutes. garnish with cheddar cheese.
