Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg beef-flavored Rice-a-roni
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c water

Preparation
Step 1
Combine Rice-a-roni packet with ground beef and beaten egg. Shape into small meatballs. Brown. Combine seasoning package with 2 1/2 cups of water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. More water can be added and then flour can be used to thicken the sauce to the consistency of a gravy.
