Ingredients
- 26 oz bag frozen country-style hash browns
- 2 c shredded colby cheese
- 1/4 minced onion
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c canned broth
- 2 T butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425*
Combine the frozen hash browns, cheese, and onion in a large bowl.
Combine the milk, beef broth, half the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in anotehr bowl. Mix until well blended. Pour mixture over hashbrowns and mix well.
Put in oven proof skillet or casserole dish and bake 45-50 min.
