  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon Red Curry Paste
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1-13.5 oz can Lite Coconut Milk

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan, heat oil over medium high heat.
Sauté Red Curry Paste in oil for 1 minute.
Add tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
Add Lite Coconut Milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Stir in basil and serve.
