  • ¾ cup light brown sugar, packed
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • ½ tsp. vanilla
  • ½ tsp. almond extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • 1 cup coarsely chopped nuts
  • 1 cup white chocolate, cut into chunks

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Cream the butter and the sugars. Add extracts. Mix well. Stir in eggs and mix until creamy. Add the combined dry ingredients slowly, beating on low speed. Stir in nuts and chocolate. Drop by teaspoons. Bake 10 minutes, until golden.
