Ingredients

  • 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 16 oz jar of parmesan / alfredo sauce
  • 1 15 oz can of whole kernel corn drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 4 oz jar of sliced mushrooms drained
  • 1/2 cup of onions chopped
  • 1/2 cup of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Hot cooked linguini noodles

Preparation

Step 1

In a large skillet , brown chicken in oil.

Transfer to slow cooker.

In a bowl, combine the alfredo sauce, corn, peas, onion, mushrooms ,water , garlic salt and pepper.

Pour over chicken.

Cook on low setting for 6 - 8 hours.

Serve over linguini.
