Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Chicken Breast Halves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 16 oz jar of parmesan / alfredo sauce
- 1 15 oz can of whole kernel corn drained
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 4 oz jar of sliced mushrooms drained
- 1/2 cup of onions chopped
- 1/2 cup of water
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Hot cooked linguini noodles

Step 1
In a large skillet , brown chicken in oil.
Transfer to slow cooker.
In a bowl, combine the alfredo sauce, corn, peas, onion, mushrooms ,water , garlic salt and pepper.
Pour over chicken.
Cook on low setting for 6 - 8 hours.
Serve over linguini.
