Melon with Prosciutto

Ingredients
- 1 small honeydew melon, chilled
- 1 large cantaloupe, chilled
- 8 ounces thinly sliced prosciutto
- freshly ground black pepper
- mint leaves (optional)

Step 1
Cut honeydew and cantaloupe lengthwise into 1/2-inch-thick, wedge-shaped pieces (about 12 slices each). Cut off the rind. On serving plates, alternately arrange the melon slices.
Cut each slice of prosciutto lengthwise in half. Loosely roll up each slice of prosciutto in a cone shape to resemble a rose, arrange the prosciutto roses in the center of the melon and cantaloupe slices. (Alternatively, place the prosciutto loosely among the melon slices.) Sprinkle with pepper, garnish with mint, if desired, and serve.
