  • CRUST:
  • 1 (8 oz ) package of full-fat
  • cream cheese
  • (room temperature)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • TOPPING:
  • 3/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • cheese
  • garlic powder
  • Pepperoni, ham, sausage,
  • mushrooms, olive, peppers, etc.

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Lightly spray a 9" X 13" baking dish with cooking spray.

Using a mixer mix cream cheese, eggs, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until well combined. Spread into the baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Allow crust to cool for 10-15 minutes.

Spread pizza sauce on crust. Top with cheese and choice of toppings. Sprinkle pizza with garlic powder.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 380 degrees until cheese is melted and bubbly.
