Ingredients
- 1 lb. boneless pork cubed
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1/4 lb. mushrooms
- 1 - 1lb. can crushed tomatoes
- 1/3 cup dry red wine or beef broth
- 2 tablespoons dried crushed rosemary
- 1/4 teaspoon each basil and oregano

Step 1
Sprinkle pork cubes with salt and pepper. In large skillet heat olive oil, brown pork on all sides. Remove and set aside, To the pan add onion, garlic, celery and carrot. Cook stirring until onions are soft, about 5 minutes, Add pork and remaining ingredients, stir well, cover and simmer 10-15 minutes.
