CREAM PUFFS

Ingredients

• FILLING
• 8 oz cream cheese
• 8 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 1/2 cup milk
• DOUGH
• 1 cup water
• 1 cup butter
• 2 cups flour
• 5 eggs

Preparation

Step 1

beat cream cheese and add pudding mix and milks

DOUGH

bring water and butter to boil..
stir in flour
add eggs 1 at a time beating after each egg

drop by cookie scoop on to cookie sheet
bake at 350* 30 min. til golden
after cooled fill with cream mixture
