- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 cups fresh pico or salsa
- 2 16-oz can refried black beans
- 2 15-oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne

Step 1
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add 2 cups fresh salsa and cook for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the refried beans, black beans, chicken stock and spices and bring to a slight boil. Continuing to stir! Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
Divide between bowls and garnish however you would like! We used guacamole, sour cream and fresh pico! And my husband and little guy crushed tortilla chips in theirs! A winner all around for sure!
